英文大綱The course aims to encourage students to become or work as chefs, bartenders or waiting staff. It provides the language training needed to be operational in the fast-moving food and beverage industry.After completing the course, the students will be able to:
1.distinguish different job titles in F & B industry;
2.make seating arrangements;
3.make/ take reservations;
4. receive guests;
5. lay a table, and
6. order a drinks
